- The scene introduces Dan's name and begins by showing his shy traits

- The scene will be edited using after effects to show that Dan is recording his talent to show to the world. To compliment this idea of personal recording, the camera stays in focus for a few seconds until it dips out of focus and then back in.
- He's wearing informal clothing which represents his class statues being working class and teenage representation of those within the working class. He may be wearing big brands like JW but other umbrella branch social realism films like "Kidulthood" and "Adulthood" also have characters sometimes wearing brands.
